Self-centered aunt ruins her nephew’s eighth birthday party, never apologizes, and gets offended when she’s not ‘the fun aunt’ anymore

AITA for telling my sister she can't keep introducing herself as "the fun aunt" after what happened at my son's birthday?

Honestly, I do not know whether or not I am being petty, so y'all can decide on that.
My son celebrated his eighth birthday a month ago. He is one of those children who love to plan everything. He had been planning his birthday party for several months already. He

has chosen the games, chosen the cake and made the place cards because he wanted all guests to know where they should be sitting. He is quite a shy child and gets nervous easily,
so planning makes him feel more relaxed. My sister always says that he is "an old man in the body of a child," and he only smiles because he adores his aunt very much.
Approximately a week before the event, my sister started texting me asking if she could make the event "more exciting." Each time I questioned her what she had in mind, she would avoid answering. She would just tell me
that I think too much and that children adore surprises. I told her no; my son does not like surprises, and I wanted everything to be done as my son had planned. I believed this issue was solved.
All was well and dandy. The children were playing and all of them were enjoying themselves when suddenly my sister was gone for approximately twenty minutes. She returned with a man wearing one of those giant, inflatable dinosaur outfits.

Since he was three, my son has been afraid of such mascots' costumes. I mean seriously frightened. We have even left some stores where the Easter Bunny walked by. This was known to my sister who had seen this for herself.
As soon as my son laid eyes on the dinosaur, he went crazy. Crying, running inside, locking himself in my room, and not coming out until almost an hour later.
People were gathered around, trying to persuade him to open the door, while I felt bad for that poor man dressed up as a dinosaur, who stood in my yard asking whether he
should leave. It wasn't his fault. He was only doing his job. After everyone left, my sister got mad at me. She said that I embarrassed her because I made the dinosaur leave early and wasted all the
money she spent. I reminded her that I had already warned her not to surprise my son. That's when she said that she believed he "would get over the fear if he was exposed to it."
I looked at her and told her that it was not the right moment to conduct this experiment during a child's birthday party. I also told her that if she ever listened to people instead of
thinking that she knows everything better, she would know that not every child wants the same birthday party. Ever since then, she's been telling my relatives that I made her leave the
party, which is not even true. I never told her to leave. I just told that dinosaur guy he could go home since my son was so upset.
Every family event now involves some small remark from her like, "Guess I'm not allowed to have fun anymore," or "I'll make sure I check with the birthday police first." People laugh since that's just the way she is.

The last weekend she introduced herself to one of my son's little friends as "the fun aunt." Finally, I got fed up with her and said, "You're only the fun aunt who makes kids cry." She actually seemed hurt and left probably ten minutes later.
I really believe she did mean well. I really do. Every time someone says I should just let it go, I keep thinking about my little boy spending his birthday crying on my bedroom floor while everyone else was out having cake. That's what I can't get over.
